Ring announces its first smart lock, featuring a hand-cranked battery-recharging dial
Amazon’s Ring is entering the smart-lock market with a device whose dial can be turned to recharge its battery if it runs out. Reports describe the lock as planned for launch in the first quarter of 2027; the announcement also included five new cameras.
