duckdb v1.2.2 Bugfix Release
DuckDB 1.2.2 fixes issues found after version 1.2.1 and introduces no major features. It preserves the ability to read database files going back to DuckDB 0.9.*, and fixes a Python deadlock in `from_parquet` with `file_globs` caused by the GIL not being released.
