Generate embeddings with Neon AI Gateway

Neon AI Gateway adds embedding models through the same OpenAI-compatible endpoint and credentials used for chat. Users can generate vectors, store them in Lakebase Postgres, and query them with Lakebase Search within one Neon branch.
