Grafana 13.1.6 fixes CVE-2026-15815, CVE-2026-76154, and CVE-2026-79656, as well as dashboard import and folder-renaming bugs. The release preserves a query variable refresh setting during v2 dashboard imports and fixes a folder rename UID collision.
