Heterojunction solar cell built with biomass lignin-based silver paste achieves 25.96% efficiency

Chinese researchers develop a biomass lignin-based silver paste for heterojunction (HJT) solar cells, reducing reliance on petroleum-based resins while improving electrical performance. The optimized paste raises cell efficiency from 25.01% to 25.96% and improves printability, adhesion and conductivity.
