Moby client 0.6.1 adds a `WithHTTPRequestHook` option, deprecates `WithResponseHook` in favor of `WithHTTPResponseHook`, and fixes response hooks not being called for hijacked HTTP connections. It also updates `postRaw` to use a consistent argument order.
